At PETALMY, we take pride in the quality of our silver and titanium jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns
  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and customized jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.
