1. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or pre-order items may take longer (processing time will be stated on the product page).

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
  • Domestic Shipping (Malaysia): 3–7 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or customs clearance.

3. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount (as stated on our website).

4. Order Tracking
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
  • PETALMY is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the courier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

6. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
